presented as a part of the Chain Theatre's Winter One-Act Festival, Chloe Selavka's musical explores sisterhood, grief, and the pros and cons of independence. With conversational prose and music that pulls inspiration from Maggie Rogers, Lucy Dacus, Phoebe Bridgers, and more, it is a deep dive into how growing up with a family that raises you to be independent and brave also turns you a little bitter and protective of your heart.
Come As You Are
As part of the 2024 Rough Draft Festival at LaGuardia Performing Arts Center, Come As You Are premiered as a staged reading, with Sophia in the principal role, as "Mara."The play explores themes of grief, queerness, dissociation and found family.
A Chorus Line
Marymount Manhattan College's Homecoming Production of A Chorus Line directed by Robert Pierno with choreography by Michael Bennett and Aïssatou Thiam featured Sophia as the jaded, kickass chorus girl, Sheila Bryant. A show that challenges what dance really means was the perfect senior-year reminder of how much this life is worth.

First Daughter Suite
Directed by Melvin Brandon Logan, and music directed by Hosun Moon, Marymount Manhattan College presented Michael John LaChuisa's First Daughter Suite as their studio production in January of 2023.
Sophia payed homage to her New England heritage and "stole the show as an 80-year-old 'Bar' Bush. The grieving, fury, and ultimate surrender highlighted [her] strong command over the craft of musical theatre performance.*"
